These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date mentioned above.

We kindly request you to read them carefully before using our services or making a booking.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract as per the laws of India. By engaging with our website or services, you acknowledge and confirm your eligibility.

About Us

Prerna Tours is a travel agency registered and operating in India. We offer curated domestic and international travel services including but not limited to tour packages, ticketing, accommodation, visa assistance, and travel insurance.

Services Offered

Our offerings include but not restricted to:

  • Group and customized holiday packages

  • Air ticket and hotel reservations

  • Transport and sightseeing arrangements

  • Visa and travel insurance assistance

  • Event and incentive travel planning

Service details and inclusions will be clearly mentioned in the respective itinerary or package. All services are subject to availability.

Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of partial or full payment, as specified in the invoice or booking communication.

  • Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

  • We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets. All applicable payment gateway charges, if any, will be borne by the client.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing to prernatourss@gmail.com

  • Cancellation charges will be applied as per our policy and the rules of third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [insert time frame] business days after necessary deductions.

  • No refund will be provided for "no-show" cases or unutilized services.

Travel Documents and Client Responsibilities

  • Travelers must ensure possession of valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and other necessary documentation.

  • We offer visa assistance but do not guarantee issuance.

  • We are not liable for loss due to incorrect documentation or denied boarding/entry by authorities.

Changes and Modifications

  • Itineraries are subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, flight changes).

  • In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives of similar value, where feasible.

  • Any voluntary changes by the traveler may incur additional costs.

Group Tour Conduct

To maintain a respectful and safe environment, clients on group tours must:

  • Be punctual and adhere to the schedule.

  • Follow the instructions of tour managers/guides at all times.

  • Refrain from disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.

  • Avoid damage to property or public nuisance; any losses caused will be chargeable.  

Violation of group conduct rules may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)

  • War, terrorism, strikes, civil disturbances

  • Government restrictions, visa bans, or health advisories (including pandemics like COVID-19)

  • Airline or supplier insolvency

In such cases, we will make every effort to offer rescheduling, credits, or refunds as per third-party policies, but cannot guarantee the same.

Limitation of Liability

  • We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

  • We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused due to third-party services or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service.

Intellectual Property

  • All content (text, images, logos) on our website and marketing material is the property of Prerna Tours & are used under license. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your personal data is collected, used, and stored in accordance with Indian laws such as the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or website indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
